Account Information

No, you don't need an account to order online. After you've completed your order, you'll again be asked whether or not you'd like to create an account, and you can choose not to if you wish.

However, we would recommend creating an account so that you can easily checkout when placing future orders.

After you have signed in you can edit your details simply click on view and edit addresses and change the details.

If you forget your password you can always reset it from the sign in page by clicking the forgotten password link on the sign in page.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped you will get an email confirmation along with the tracking number. 

Yes you can. To track your order simply click the courier link in your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number.

If your order doesn't arrive please use the track and trace service provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the delivery status. If it says delivered then please contact customer services and we will investigate the problem for you. Please also note that there is also a 10 working day time frame before we can report parcels missing to courier companies. 

Sometimes we send certain items in separate parcels. Please check the paperwork in your delivery to see if this is the case. If not please contact customer service via the contact form. 

Orders & Payment

There are various ways for you to pay for your order, including: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.  

Your payment might be declined for a number of reasons. Please contact us and we will be able to give you more details.

It maybe possible to add or remove items from an order before it is shipped. Please contact customer service within 2 hours of placing your order.

Should you wish to cancel an order you have just placed then you must notify us within 2 hours of placing it.

If your order status has updated to shipped then if you still wish to cancel it you must return it to us in the original condition. 

You can shop in your local currency, but will be billed in Sterling. Your bank statement should show your order in your local currency.

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  Any charges incurred are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address entered or SMS if you checked out via phone number. If you didn't receive either of these please contact customer service who will be able to help you.
